Did you see what you needed to see?
Was there nothing?
Was it all peace and darkness?

I dreamt of you in the darkness.
We were in bed beneathe the blankets
and your arm was draped
across my chest.
I listened to you breathe
and stroked your hair.
Time meant nothing.
We stayed there forever.
