Any Other Guess?
What prevents us
from living life
fearlessly?
Insecurity
and the hardship
that is sacrifice
would be high up
on the list
of these things.
Rising
Waking every morning
is the hardest part of living.
Coming out of the ether
and into the conscious realm
is harsh even in the best
of circumstances.
Sickness
I love you
because I cannot have you.
I dream of you
because you are beyond my grasp.
I idealize you
because I am afraid of being closer.
I do this
so I can keep this game going .
We are made whole
through our struggles
and learn the worth
to all we accomplish.
