The Dead Voice Of Reason
He used to make so much sense,
more so than those who claim
to have it on their side.
But like all the good ones
he was taken too soon.
So I wonder what he would say
about our present state of affairs.
I am not sure what words he would
use but I can be sure that he would
be very angry at the wool that has
been pulled over our eyes.
