let the rain fall where it may

not so bad
today has been
the type of day
i like to have
but don't
always get.
waking up
not too late
but
not too early
in the morning.
then
being engaged
in the creative
act known
as making music.
soon after
doing the work
which earns my living
followed by
a nice short time
enjoying some tea.
then catching up
with friends
and their newborn
at their place.
then to close it all up
some time at home
with a movie.
i guess i am
getting old.
so what,
this is actually
not so bad.
